Hi, I'm Clara! Before I was an entrepreneur, I was a classroom teacher, four years in the classroom, followed by several more spent across the education world in nonprofit work, as a personal aide, and as a tutor. That range gave me a front-row seat to just how many different shapes an education business can take, and how much operational and strategic support most of them are missing.

I started Fond-A Education to bring my classroom experience and entrepreneurial knowledge together in service of people building something meaningful in this space. It felt fitting, honestly I've always been fond of education, in every sense of the word.

Outside of work, I'm a mom navigating the same juggling act as a lot of the entrepreneurs I support which is exactly why sustainable, realistic systems and preventing burnout matter so much to me, both in my own life and in the businesses I help build.
